Antiviruskeybuy Terms & Condition

Any Product Purchased from antiviruskeybuy.com can be returned only if Product is sealed pack. If the product is opened it cannot be returned. Refund will be processed in 3-5 working days after receiving and verifying the Serial No. of the product received. If customer’s complaint found genuine, the original invoice amount will be refunded.
If customer receives defective item, he/she should visit company’s service center to get warranty. Antiviruskeybuy.com is not responsible for such reason.

If customer receives damaged product he/she has to provide valid proofs like video of opening the packet received, Images from all sides of the received packet, images of damaged product from all sides etc. After validation Antiviruskeybuy.com has the Right to Accept or reject your claim.

If customer received wrong product he/she has to produce valid proofs like video of opening the packet received, Images from all sides of the received packet, images of wrong product from all sides etc. Replacement will be done only after verifying because our packing is done under CCTV surveillance. Antiviruskeybuy.com has Right to Accept or reject your claim.
If a customer receives product outer packing in tampered condition, he/she should refuse to accept packet. If he/she receives the packet in Tampered condition, Antiviruskeybuy.com not responsible and no claim requests will be accepted for it.

All software either Email Delivery or Box Pack cannot be returned
